Description

Over 8% saving on materials

In mortise and tenon connections, the elements are pushed into one another. In ASSY FES 3.0 screw connections, they are used butt to butt — saving approx. 8% on materials.

Higher quality and durability

The ASSY FES 3.0 enables cost-effective production of individual parts, including coating of end-grain woods, resulting in greater durability without water damage to the cross joints.

Streamlined production process, reduced expenditure

ASSY FES 3.0 streamlines your production. There is no need for mortise and tenon milling machines, compression or drying time.

Strong connection

Due to the asymmetrical thread with varying pitch combined with the plastic non-friction coating for low screw-in torque.

First tested system

Window corner assembly using ASSY FES 3.0 has been tested and is the first system to be generally ift-certified (test report no. 12-002648, PR 12) under the ift guideline FE-08-1.

 

Notice

Drill hole diameter: 6mm

This connection can also be reinforced by using dowels
